- Stachowski's Herb Roasted Chicken: A naturally raised & air chilled, "Smart" chicken roasted with butter, garlic and tarragon. Accompaniments will include mashed potatoes, summer beans and sauteed rainbow chard.

Dinners will be ready beginning at 2:30 p.m. and are available until close at 6:00. Please reserve all orders by phone 202-506-3125 Phone-in orders will receive first priority. Walk-in orders at the shop will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
