- Stachowski's Herb Roasted Chicken: A naturally raised & air chilled, "Smart" chicken roasted with butter, garlic and thyme. Accompaniments will include country style spring beans with our signature polish ham and a fluffy stuffing of Stachowski brand sausages with pumpernickel, rye and white breads.
